El imperio y la CIA contra América Latina (primera parte)

INTRODUCCIÓN
América Latina, nuestra Patria Grande, es recipendaria de todos los problemas sociales, económicos, políticos y culturales que agobian al mundo; pero el mayor y más grave de los problemas que soporta se llama Estados Unidos de América, en sus actitudes y comportamientos imperiales.
Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, a partir de la década de los noventa del siglo XX, se ha convertido en la potencia hegemónica, unipolar, a escala global. En su rol imperial aspira a dominar al mundo y para ese objeto ha diseñado una serie de geoestrategias que en América Latina se concretan en interminables agresiones e intrusiones, en inaceptables ingerencias, en inacabables acciones de la CIA, DEA y demás servicios de inteligencia que cometen todo tipo de atropellos y crímenes en contra de nuestros pueblos, siempre, con extraordinario cinismo e ironía, en nombre de la libertad, la democracia y defensa de los derechos humanos, valores groseramente manipulados con el propósito de proteger los sacralizados intereses económicos y políticos estadounidenses. Para esos fines, Estados Unidos, a través de la CIA, ha intervenido directamente en los procesos electorales y democráticos de América Latina para lo que ha desarrollado planes de guerra sicoló gica en los medios de comunicación social e invertido millones de dólares, y así se opuso al triunfo de Salvador Allende en Chile, de Daniel Ortega en Nicaragua y lo mismo en Brasil, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, por ejemplo. Para comprobar estas afirmaciones bastaría recorrer las páginas de los diarios de América Latina o recurrir a libros escritos por norteamericanos, latinoamericanos, europeos y asiáticos.
Estas son las conclusiones fundamentales a las que llegan numerosos estudios, ensayos, análisis, revistas, medios de comunicación social y obras realizados por diversos centros de documentación, universidades norteamericanas, europeas y latinoamericanas. Intelectuales de todo el mundo, profesores y académicos, politólogos, cientistas sociales, organizaciones de la sociedad civil de distintas ideologías, e inclusive ex agentes de la CIA y personalidades de las administraciones estadounidenses, inexorablemente, critican con dureza las actividades imperiales y, en particular, las operaciones clandestinas y encubiertas desarrolladas por agentes de los servicios de inteligencia a las órdenes de la Casa Blanca y del poder político y económico en todo el mundo, especialmente en América Latina, considerada como el «patio trasero» de Estados Unidos.
En nuestra América Latina han surgido gobiernos que libran duras batallas para rescatar la soberanía, independencia y dignidad. Esos pueblos son: Brasil, Venezuela, Argentina a los que paulatinamente se van uniendo otros como Uruguay, un poco Paraguay y algo Chile y Panamá, en tanto que gobiernos de la naturaleza y calaña de Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y la casi totalidad de centroamericanos y del Caribe mantienen condiciones de sumisión, humillación y desesperanza, porque decidieron alinearse con las geopolíticas de dominación de Washington y, naturalmente, aceptar los dictados e imposiciones del FMI, BID y de la tétrica CIA que han sembrado miseria, desolación y muerte en nuestras patrias.
La Agencia Central de Inteligencia de Estados Unidos, en 1963 derrocó al Presidente Carlos Julio Arosemena Monroy del Ecuador e instaló una tenebrosa Junta Militar que se caracterizó por el irrespeto a los derechos humanos: encarceló, exilió y mató a ecuatorianos progresistas y democráticos.
En 1981, al decir de su hermano político y ex Presidente Abdalá Bucaram y otros, la CIA saboteó el avión en que viajaba el Presidente Jaime Roldós, su esposa y su comitiva. Todos murieron.
En la actualidad Estados Unidos presiona -con chantaje de por medio- para que el Gobierno ecuatoriano firme otro convenio que exoneraría a tropas y civiles estadounidense de crímenes de guerra, crímenes de lesa humanidad y genocidio ante la Corte Penal Internacional. La impunidad ante delitos execrables, la impunidad ante el terror imperial es el objetivo de Estados Unidos administrado por Bush II.
LAS AGRESIONES DE ESTADOS UNIDOS A AMÉRICA LATINA
Parece una interminable historia de horror y muerte. Hombres y mujeres considerados «peligrosos» para los intereses del Imperio han pagado con sus vidas el atrevimiento de denunciar los crímenes, vejámenes y humillaciones nacidos en las mentes prepotentes y expansionistas de la Casa Blanca, Departamento de Estado, Pentágono, o en las lujosas oficinas gerenciales de las poderosas empresas norteamericanas con pretensiones de dominación mundial, por medio del dólar y de las diversas formas de depredación de los recursos naturales de nuestros pueblos.

La política del garrote y de las zanahorias, del dólar y la corrupción, del engaño y la mentira, de las cañoneras y las agresiones militares, de la Seguridad Nacional de Estados Unidos, de la defensa de los sacrosantos intereses de las transnacionales, de la descarada injerencia en los asuntos internos de nuestros países, del chantaje y el soborno o repartición de coimas a gobiernos y vende patrias, han sido algunas de las estrategias de dominación imperial, que se reforzaron después de la II Guerra Mundial cuando en 1947, los expertos en espionaje y seguridad nacional, en invasiones militares y geopolítica de dominación, decidieron crear la Agencia Central de Inteligencia, CIA, que fue un engendro de la Ley de Seguridad Nacional de Estados Unidos de Norteamérica.
La CIA se ha convertido en todo el mundo y, en particular en nuestra América Latina, en Agencia Internacional del crimen. Fue dotada de facultades extraordinarias y violatorias de la misma Constitución Política de Estados Unidos. Tiene licencia para matar, conspirar, desestabilizar gobiernos, dar golpes de Estado, destruir la economía de las naciones, enseñar sofisticados métodos de tortura, encarcelar, perseguir, desaparecer personas. Tiene expertos en guerra sicológica, en armas de destrucción masiva, en sabotajes y terrorismo, en tráfico de armas y drogas estupefacientes y psicotrópicas.
Tiene un presupuesto de millones de dólares al año para destruir gobiernos, apoyar huelgas y paros, colocar bombas de alto poder explosivo, comprar conciencias, colocar agentes nacionales y extranjeros en puestos clave de los gobiernos, comprar espacios en medios de comunicación para manipular informaciones y hechos, para tergiversar y mentir. Carece de moral y no tiene ningún escrúpulo en el momento de liquidar a sus «enemigos». La CIA es el brazo clandestino del Imperio que «trabaja» en todo el mundo por medio de las tristemente célebres operaciones encubiertas. La CIA es una organización tétrica que siembra muerte y destrucción. En suma, es una organización de espionaje experta en violación de derechos humanos y libertades.
No hay un solo país latinoamericano que no haya sido víctima de algún tipo de agresión por parte de Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, en una cifra superior a las cien agresiones.
La Agencia Central de Inteligencia -CIA-, con sus acciones encubiertas derrocó al Presidente de Guatemala, Jacobo Arbenz en 1954, simplemente porque Arbenz se convirtió en un Presidente nacionalista que dictó leyes sociales y, en especial, la de Reforma Agraria que perjudicó los intereses de la United Fruit.
El 28 de abril de 1965, la República Dominicana fue invadida por Estados Unidos. Previamente la CIA había logrado derrocar el gobierno legítimo de Juan Bosh.
Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brasil, Bolivia, Perú y Ecuador fueron las patrias sacrificadas ante el sagrado interés de Estados Unidos y de las transnacionales. América Latina se convirtió en el escenario de la campaña de Estados Unidos en contra del «comunismo internacional». Con ese pretexto organizó golpes de Estado, cimentó y protegió las dictaduras fascistas, estructuró las policías y ejércitos represivos que no se detuvieron sólo en matanzas colectivas sino que se esforzaron en la crueldad de las torturas, en asesinatos de inocentes, en la desaparición forzosa de millares de hombres y mujeres, de niños y jóvenes. La CIA y FBI participaron en la organización de la Operación Cóndor que durante los gobiernos fascistas se convirtió en una Internacional del Crimen de las agencias de inteligencia de los dictadores, que asesinó y torturó a miles de hombres y mujeres de nuestra América Latina.
El 11 de septiembre de 1973, Estados Unidos y la CIA desencadenaron el Golpe militar que derrocó y asesinó al Presidente de Chile Salvador Allende.
En la década de los 80, Centro América se convirtió en el campo de pruebas de la guerra contrarrevolucionaria de Estados Unidos. Miles de tropas y de agentes de la CIA del poderoso Imperio se desplegaron en Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador y Nicaragua. Por mano propia o por mano de centenares de mercenarios asesinaron y desaparecieron a cerca de 250 mil centroamericanos, según cálculos conservadores de organismos defensores de derechos humanos nacionales e internacionales.
En Nicaragua mataron a tanta gente que nunca se sabrá cuántos fueron. Con el pretexto de combatir a los sandinistas que derrocaron al sanguinario «Tacho Somoza» crearon los ejércitos mercenarios conocidos como la «contra» y por medio de ellos cometieron monstruosos crímenes en contra del pueblo nicaragüense. Para pagar a los mercenarios y contras, la CIA montó la infame operación conocida como Irán-Contras que vendía armas a Irán a pesar de la prohibición expresa del Gobierno y Congreso de Estados Unidos; luego compraban drogas para venderlas a los consumidores norteamericanos, para con las ganancias pagar armas y explosivos y los sueldos de los criminales mercenarios que asesinaban al pueblo nicaragüense.
Con estos hechos se demuestra la doble moral del Imperio y de sus agentes que luchan por «defender la democracia» cuando en realidad pisotean los derechos humanos y libertades de los pueblos.
En 1983, la pequeña isla de Granada se convirtió en víctima de la crueldad agresiva del Imperio. Previamente fue asesinado el Primer Ministro Maurice Bishop, naturalmente con la participación de la CIA.
En el caso de El Salvador se demostró que la CIA había penetrado en el gobierno venezolano de Herrera Camping, del COPEI, el que envió armas y vituallas a su homólogo Napoleón Duarte, hombre de Estados Unidos y la CIA.
En 45 años, Cuba ha sido víctima y mártir de las administraciones imperiales y de la tenebrosa CIA. Ha soportado con heroísmo el bloqueo genocida, la invasión armada por Playa Girón, sabotajes y todo tipo de actos terroristas, inclusive con el uso indiscriminado de la guerra químico-bacteriológica que provocó el dengue hemorrágico, la plaga del moho del tabaco, la fiebre porcina.
El Plan Colombia fue elaborado durante el gobierno de Pastrana, naturalmente con la asesoría, estrategias y órdenes del Departamento de Estado, CIA, Pentágono. Ese Plan fue «presentado» al gobierno de Estados Unidos, en una acabada muestra de sometimiento al poder imperial. Inmediatamente el gobierno de Clinton entregó la «ayuda» militar y económica en más de 3 mil millones de dólares que sirvieron para desatar las fuerzas represivas en contra del pueblo colombiano. El pretexto justificativo de ese Plan fue el combate al narcotráfico que ocultó la verdadera intencionalidad del Imperio: liquidar a las guerrillas de las FARC-EP y del ELN.

El «Plan Colombia para la Paz» fue acogido por los senadores DeWine, Grassley y Coverdell que lo transformaron en Proyecto de Ley S 1758, para que sea discutido y aprobado por el Congreso de Estados Unidos que fue rebautizado con el nombre de Alianza Act.
Ese Plan, ahora incrementado con el «Plan Patriota» ha significado el aumento de la violencia, la limitación o pérdida de los derechos humanos, la expansión militarista, la intensificación del conflicto armado que ha convertido a Colombia en un escenario en el que se desarrolla una verdadera orgía de sangre, muerte y destrucción.
Pero lo más grave es que Estados Unidos ha convertido a Colombia en una inmensa base militar con la participación de centenares tropas yanquis, agentes de la CIA y DEA. Paulatinamente se internacionaliza la guerra y se pretende obligar a las fuerzas armadas de América Latina a intervenir directamente en el conflicto colombiano, regionalizar la guerra, nada menos para que los latinoamericanos defiendan los intereses geopolíticos de Estados Unidos en América del Sur.
Haití, el país más pobre de América Latina, es otra víctima recurrente del imperialismo imperial. En el reciente derrocamiento del Presidente Aristide que provocó el renacer de la violencia militar y paramilitar en contra del pueblo, fue un producto de un plan conjunto de Estados Unidos y Francia, acordado en el verano de 2003, afirma el periodista y escritor francés Thierry Meyssan en la Red Voltaire sobre el golpe en Haití, citado por el periodista cubano Eduardo González.
Estados Unidos creará una nueva base militar en Haití con el nombre de Centro Operativo de Avanzada (FOL, por sus siglas en inglés) que será complementario a otros centros existentes en el Caribe, con todos los elementos de plataforma portátil de militares emplazados por el Pentágono y la CIA en Aruba y Curazao. A estas se agregan las bases militares que posee en Comalapa en la República de El Salvador, la Base de Manta en Ecuador y la instalación de nuevas bases para la Fuerza Aérea Expedicionaria en Perú, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile y en la Cuenca Amazónica, las que deben estar conectadas con el Centro Espacial de Guerra ubicado en la Base de la Fuerza Aérea Schiever, en Colorado Springs en USA.
El objetivo final del Imperio es controlar en forma absoluta a esta parte del mundo, convertir a los pueblos de América Latina en neocolonias, forzar la concreción de las estrategias de dominación y, naturalmente, apoderarse de los recursos naturales y en especial de las grandes reservas de agua y oxigeno de la Amazonía, a más de ejercer mayores presiones políticas y militares sobre nuestros países.
El periodista argentino Carlos Fazio, citado en un artículo de Liberation, sostiene que las medidas, procedimientos y acciones militares y políticas se encubren con el apoyo de la ultraconservadora Fundación «Heritage», con gran influencia en el Partido Republicano, que recomendó fortalecer el papel del Comando Sur en el Caribe ante la amenaza «terrorista» de Cuba y Venezuela. Pero al igual que ocurre con el Plan Colombia e Iniciativa Regional Andina en América del Sur, la base FOL de Haití servirá no sólo como rampa de lanzamiento de una eventual agresión militar contra Cuba y Venezuela, sino como garante de la «seguridad» de Washington en el Golfo de México, rico en petróleo y gas natural.
El mundo conoce del horror de las guerras y sabe perfectamente que cada guerra de agresión de Estados Unidos es la negación absoluta de los derechos humanos, libertades, soberanía e independencia garantizados por el derecho internacional. ¿Hasta cuándo el mundo, va a soportar la presencia omnímoda del Imperio y sus correrías depredadoras por toda la tierra?

THE EMPIRE AND THE CIA AGAINST LATIN AMERICA (First part)
«The Corporation (Central Intelligence Agency -CIA) is the principal motor force of the international political maneuvering» (of the United States) Harry Ramson in the work: The Central and National Security.
Latin America, our Big Country, has always received all the social, economic, political and cultural problems that overwhelm the world; but the greatest and most serious problem that Latin America has to stand is United States of America and its imperial attitudes and behaviors.
The United States of America, since the decade of the nineties in the 20th century, has become the supreme power over the world. In its imperial role, the US aspires to master the world; and with that objective, it has designed a series of strategies that, in Latin America, are fulfilled in endless aggressions and intrusions, in unacceptable interferences and actions of the CIA, DEA, and other intelligence services which commit all type of violations and crimes against our nations, always with extraordinary cynicism and irony, on behalf of the freedom, democracy, and defense of human rights, values that had been manipulated in order to protect the American political and economic interests. For that purpose, the United States, through the CIA, has intervened directly in the electoral and democratic processes of Latin America. For that, they have developed a psychological war plan in the means of communication, and they have invested millions of dollars. In this way the US was opposed to the victory of Salvador Allende in Chile, Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua, and the same in Brazil, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, for example. To prove these affirmations, it is enough to see the pages of the Latin American newspapers or books written by American, Latin American, European and Asian.
These are the fundamental conclusions that appear in numerous studies, essays, analysis, magazines, social media and works accomplished by various documentation centers, American, European and Latin American Universities. Intellectuals, teachers and professors, politicians, social scientists, organizations of the civil society of different ideologies, and even ex agents of the CIA and personalities of the American administrations, inexorably, criticize the imperial activities and, in particular, the clandestine operations developed by agents of the intelligence services, ordered by the White House and by the economic and political power.
In our Latin America appeared governments that release hard battles to rescue sovereignty, independence and dignity. Those nations are: Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, and others that are gradually joining them as Uruguay, Paraguay and sometimes Chile and Panama, while governments of the nature and pattern of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and almost all Central American and Caribbean countries maintain conditions like submission, humiliation and hopelessness because they decided to be aligned with the domination policies of the IMF, BID, and the CIA that has sowed misery, devastation and death in our countries.
In 1963, the American Central Intelligence Agency overthrew the President Carlos Julio Arosemena Monroy and installed a dark Military Board that was characterized for disrespecting human rights: they incarcerated, exiled, and killed progressive and democratic Ecuadorians.
In 1981, according to the ex President Abdalá Bucaram and other people, the CIA sabotaged the plane in which was traveling the President Jaime Roldós and his retinue. Everybody died.
At present, the United States is pressing the Ecuadorian Government -with blackmails- for signing another agreement that would exonerate troops and civil Americans of war crimes, hurt humanity crimes and genocide before the International Penal Court. The impunity before detestable offenses, the impunity before the imperial terror is the United States objective.
THE AGGRESSIONS OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST LATIN AMERICA
This is like an endless story about horror and death. Men and women who were considered «dangerous» for the interests of the Empire have paid with their lives the boldness of denouncing the crimes, satires, and humiliations that were born in the overbearing and expansionary minds of the White House, State Department, Pentagon, or in the luxurious managerial offices of the powerful American companies with world domination pretensions, by means of the dollar and of the various forms of depredation of the natural resources of our nations.
The policy of the garrote, of the dollar and corruption, of the deceit and lie, of the embrasures and military aggressions, of the United States National Security, of the defense of the sacrosanct interests of transnational companies, of the cheeky interference in the internal matters of our countries, of the blackmail and the bribe or grafts distribution to governments, have been some of the imperial domination strategies which were reinforced after the World War II when, in 1947, the experts in espionage and national security, in military and geopolitical invasions, decided to create the Central Intelligence Agency -CIA- that it was a brainchild of the United States Law of National Security.
The CIA has become all over the world, in particular in our Latin America, the Crime International Agency. The CIA was staffed of extraordinary powers that infringed the United States Political Constitution. It has license to kill, conspire, destabilize governments, give coups d’état, destroy the economy of nations, teach sophisticated torture methods, incarcerate, pursue, and disappear people. It has experts in psychological war, massive destruction weapons, sabotages and terrorism, and weapons and drugs traffic.
It has a budget of million of dollars per year to destroy governments, support strikes, put pumps of high explosive power, buy consciences, put national and foreign agents on key posts of governments, buy spaces in means of communication to manipulate information and facts, to misrepresent and lie. It does not have moral and scruples when it has to liquidate its «enemies». The CIA is the clandestine arm of the Empire that «works» over the world by means of the woefully famous deceit operations. The CIA is a gloomy organization that sows death and destruction. In short, it is an organization of espionage, which is expert in violating human rights and freedoms.
There is no Latin American country that has not been a victim of some type of aggression by the United States of North America for more than a hundred times.
The Central Intelligence Agency -CIA-, with its deceit actions overthrew the President of Guatemala, Jacobo Arbenz in 1954, just because Arbenz became a nationalistic President who dictated social laws, specially the one of Agrarian Reform that prejudiced the interests of the United Fruit.
On April 28th 1965, Dominican Republic was invaded by the United States. Previously, the CIA had achieved to overthrow the legitimate government of Juan Bosh
Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador were the sacrificed countries before the sacred United States and transnational interests. Latin America became the stage of the United States campaign in against the «international communism». With that excuse, it organized coups d’état, established and protected fascist dictatorships, structured the restrictive policemen and armies that were not satisfied only with collective massacres, but also with cruelty in the tortures, in assassinations of innocent people, in the disappearance of thousands of men and women, of children and youths. The CIA and the FBI participated in the organization of the «Condor Operation», which during the fascist governments, was converted into a Crime International Agency of the dictators, which murdered and tortured thousands of men and women in our Latin America.
On September 11th 1973, the United States and the CIA unfettered the military coup that overthrew and murdered the President of Chile, Salvador Allende.
In the decade of the eighties, Central America was converted into the test field of the war of the United States against revolutions. Thousands of troops and agents of the CIA and the powerful Empire were displayed in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua. By their own hand or by hand of mercenaries, they murdered and disappeared about 250 thousand of Central American people, according to conservative calculations from national and international human rights defending organizations.
In Nicaragua, they killed so much people that we will never know how many they were. With the pretext of combating the Sandinistas who overthrew the bloodthirsty «Tacho Somoza», they created the mercenary armies known as the «contra» and by means of those armies; they committed monstrous crimes against the Nicaraguan people. In order to pay the mercenaries and contras, the CIA mounted the infamous operation known as Iran-Contras that sold weapons to Iran in spite of the expressed prohibition of the United States Government and Congress. Then, they bought drugs to sell them to the American consumers. And with those earnings, they paid weapons, explosives, and salaries of the mercenary criminals who were destroying the Nicaraguan people.
With these facts, it is demonstrated the double moral of the Empire and its agents who fight «to defend democracy»; but in fact, they trample human rights and freedoms of all the nations.
In 1983, the small Granada Island was converted into a victim of the aggressive cruelty of the Empire. Previously, it was murdered the Prime Minister Maurice Bishop, naturally with the CIA participation.
In the Salvadorian case, it was demonstrated that the CIA had penetrated in the Venezuelan government of Herrera Campins who sent weapons and provisions to his homologous Napoleón Duarte, a man who belongs to the United States and the CIA.
In 45 years, Cuba has been victim and martyr of the imperial administrations and the dark CIA. It has sustained with heroism the genocide blockade, the navy invasion in Playa Girón, sabotages and all type of terrorist acts, even by using the chemical-bacteriological war which provoked the hemorrhagic dengue, the plague of the mildew of tobacco, and the swinish fever.
The Plan Colombia was elaborated during the government of Pastrana, naturally with the advising, strategies and orders of the Department of State, CIA, and the Pentagon. That Plan was «presented» to the United States government in a complete submission sample to the imperial power. Immediately, the government of Clinton delivered military and economic «help» in more than 3 billion dollars, which served to unleash the restrictive forces against the Colombian people. The justificatory pretext of that Plan was the combat to drug traffic. That excuse concealed the real premeditation of the Empire: to liquidate the guerrilla of the FARC-EP and the ELN.
The senators DeWine, Grassley, accepted the «Plan Colombia for Peace» and Coverdell that transformed it into a Project of Law S 1758, so that it could be discussed and approved by the United States Congress which was rebaptized with the name of Alianza Act.
That Plan, now increased with the «Patriot Plan» means the increase of violence, the limitation or loss of human rights, the militaristic expansion, the intensification of the armed conflict that has converted Colombia into a stage in which is developed a real blood, death and destruction orgy.
But the most serious thing about this situation is that the United States has converted Colombia into an immense military base with the participation of hundreds of Yankee troops, agents of the CIA and DEA. Gradually, the war is becoming international and they are trying to compel the Latin America armed forces to participate directly in the Colombian conflict and regionalize the war, in this way the Latin American people will defend the geopolitical interests of the United States in South America.
Haiti, the poorest country of Latin America is another recurrent victim of the imperial interventionism. The recent overthrow of the President Aristide that provoked the reborn of the military and paramilitary violence against the people, is product of a plan agreed in the summer of 2003 by the United States and France, affirms the journalist and French writer Thierry Meyssan in the Voltaire Net about the coup d’état in Haiti, quoted by the Cuban journalist Eduardo González.
The United States will create a new military base in Haiti named FOL that will be a complement to other centers that exist in the Caribbean, with all the portable platform elements of soldiers located by the Pentagon and the CIA in Aruba and Curacao. To these centers are added the military bases that the US has in Comalapa in the Republic of El Salvador, the Manta Base in Ecuador, and the installation of new bases for the Expeditionary Air Force in Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile and in the Amazonian Basin that should be connected with the Spatial War Center located in the Air Force base Schiever, in Colorado Springs, USA.
The final objective of the Empire is to control, in absolute form, this part of the world in order, to convert the Latin American nations into neocolonias, to force the concretion of the domination strategies, and, naturally, to be empowered of the natural resources and especially of the large water and oxygen reserves of the Amazon, in addition to make greater political and military pressures on our countries.
The Argentine journalist Carlos Fazio, quoted in an article or Liberation, supports that the measures, procedures and military and political actions are hidden with the support of the «ultraconservative Foundation Heritage, which has a great influence on the Republican Party and recommended to strengthen the paper of the South Command in The Caribbean before the ‘terrorist’ threat of Cuba and Venezuela. The world knows about the horror of the wars and knows that each war of the United States is an absolute denial of the human rights, freedoms, sovereignty and independence guaranteed by the international law. Until when the world is going to stand the all-embracing presence of the Empire and its depredating raids all over the planet?
